ID & Deposit Checks-The apartments may ask for ID and request card details to take a security deposit (taken prior to arrival) should any damages happen during your stay. Should no damages occur, this will be refunded to the same card details on dep up to 5-7 days after guests check out. The minimum age for all guests is 21 years old, unless travelling with a parent or legal guardian. We also require ID for all guests over the age of 18. A £500 refundable deposit is required for guests living within a 20-mile radius of the property. Additionally, a damage deposit is required depending on location: - £50 for: Birmingham, Canary Wharf, Croydon, Brighton, Leeds, Liverpool, London Greenford, Manchester, and Southampton. - £100 for: Brentford, Hounslow Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
