The folk at PureOm Yoga take a more holistic approach to yoga, believing that – as they put it – “yoga is for everybody”, whether you’re a die-hard yogi or simply need to find a wellness-based hangover cure. Yogarosa Retreats

Strenuous physical activity might not be everyone’s idea of a relaxing time, but that’s the ‘aim of the game’ at Body:fit, part of the five-star ME Ibiza hotel.

This stunning sea-view retreat has been open for five years now, establishing itself as something different on an island with many yoga and wellness retreats which can sometimes feel a little too familiar. Expect less meditation and hanging out poolside, but more HIIT training sessions, fat-burning kettlebell workouts, yoga (obviously), hiking, paddle boarding and nutrition seminars (with nutritious food to boot) courtesy of your PT.

But when you’re working hard, you also expect to play hard too, right? No problem here, because guests are actively encouraged to check out the local area and immerse themselves in Ibizan culture.
