Please see below the terms and conditions applicable to Top Secret® Hotel discounts displayed on lastminute.com website;

1. Top Secret® Hotel discounts are based on the comparison between the Top Secret® Hotel room rate against the same named hotel's room rate including a matching meal plan sold on our website.
2. Pricing display of any Top Secret® Hotel may include the price of the same named hotel’s room rate and the discount percentage representing the variance between the Top Secret® Hotel room rate against the same named hotel’s room rate including a matching meal plan.
3. When no direct comparison (as per point 2) can be displayed on our website, we display no price of the same named hotel’s room rate on pricing display of any Top Secret® Hotel and display a minimum discount of 10% we guarantee against any available room rate in the same named hotel. Guarantee does not apply to the same named hotel’s direct website when time limited offers are being made available.
4. This can happen (point 3) due to no exact match being available in the same named hotel for following reasons: no matching meal plan being available or no matching room being available in the same named hotel on our website.
5. The minimum discount of 10% is the lowest discount we have negotiated for any Top Secret® Hotel offer being made available on our website. We guarantee this minimum discount against the same named hotel’s room rate available on any online travel agent website at the same currency shown on our website. Please see also our Price Match Guarantee for further details click here.
6. You can save up to 40%* with Top Secret® Hotel room rates on our website against the same named hotel’s room rate.

*15% of all 4 and 5-star Top Secret® Hotel room nights sold on our website between June 2015 and May 2016 saved minimum 40% against the same named hotel’s room rate. Data based on Top Secret® Hotel average daily room rate sold on our website between June 2015 and May 2016 compared against the named hotel’s average daily room rate for matching check-in dates. 95% of all Top Secret® Hotels sold on our website are 4 and 5-star hotels.
