The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. If you lose your keys or leave them inside the accommodation, you will be charged €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Guests should collect new keys from our office. On the day of check-out, guests should remove all trash from the property. Otherwise, a €150 charge will be applied for waste management.
