The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. Please note: In the event of lost keys or keys left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property.
