The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. New keys must be collected at our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
