Cancellation will be accepted free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

In the case of cancellation outside of the cancellation policy, hotel will charge your credit card for the full amount of reservation.

In the case of no-show, the full amount of reservation will be charged.

If the reservation is recognized as a part of a group booking (5 rooms or more), hotel preserves the right to apply non-refundable rate policy, which means: charge the credit card in advance and eliminate the possibility to change or cancel the reservation.
