In the case of cancellation outside of the cancellation policy, hotel will charge the full amount, and the same in case of no-show. If the reservation is recognized as a part of a group booking (5 rooms or more), hotel preserves the right to apply non-refundable rate policy, which means: charge the credit card in advance and eliminate the possibility to change or cancel the reservation.
