If you studied the Vikings at school then come and refresh your memory at The Viking Ship Museum. The top place in Scandinavia for all manner of Viking memorabilia, the star exhibits are three Viking ships, two of which are in an astonishingly good state of preservation.
Another hugely popular attraction is the Holmenkollen Ski Jump.
