Quarters™ on Broadway by Thatch is our most budget-friendly hotel option in the City, offering basic amenities in a central location. A stay at Quarters includes a private queen bedroom with linens, towels for 2 and access to shared bathrooms. Located in the heart of South Boston, you will be steps from Southie’s best restaurants and bars, the “T” and a short walk to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC). Quarters™ is ideal for up to 2 travelers who are comfortable with sharing bathrooms and common spaces with other guests. South Boston is a bustling neighborhood with bars and restaurants, open late throughout the week. The experience is similar to a hostel experience except you have a private bedroom and there are no services or on-site staff. If you are traveling on a tight budget or just need a place to drop bags and lay your head while in Boston, Quarters™ is a great option.

We use a keypad as a method to check-in. Please ensure you have provided your email address. You will receive your unique door code from Thatch two days prior to your arrival. This property does not feature a reception desk. Guests will receive check-in instructions by email at least 60 hours before arrival. Please note that the rooms can only be accessed via stairs.
