Guests have access to the summerhouse, the lake, the gardens, and the fields leading down to the sea. There is also a campsite which is open all year. At the farm there are alpacas, pygmy goats, Shetland ponies, horses, sheep, rare-breed chickens, bantams, ducks, geese that wander in the gardens.
The guest rooms at Swallows Rest have a flat-screen TV, and facilities for making tea and coffee. Chocolates and home-cooked cakes are served daily.
Weymouth beach is 2 miles away, and there is a secluded beach at Fleet Saltwater Estuary, a few minutes’ walk along a footpath leading from the farmhouse.
The property can accommodate children 5 years of age and over in all rooms. Children under 5 years of age cannot be accommodated.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
