The palms guest house is very close to the town center. There are two main pay and display car park is closed to the palms guest house. Meadfoot road car park and Harbour car park in Museum Road. FREE PARIKING AVAILABE FOR GUEST, parking permit required £10 DEPOSIT , which is refundable. Small family run Business, all family welcome .we don't accepts parties. The Palms hotel is situated in the real heart of Torquay.
