Livingdowntown offers spacious, stylishly furnished apartments in 2 buildings in a quiet location in Zurich’s residential Sihlfeld district. Free wired internet access is available in every apartment. All apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette, a living room with a flat-screen cable TV and a bathroom. Numerous restaurants can be found in the vicinity, and the Langstrasse nightlife area is just a 5-minute walk away from the Livingdowntown. The Kalkbreite Tram and Bus Stop is 250 metres away. From there you can reach the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, the Main Train Station and Lake Zurich in 15 minutes. A multi-storey car park is reachable within a 5-minute walk. Parking is 25 CHF per day, please contact the property to reserve a spot, parking is limited.

Please inform the property if you arrive by car (parking spaces cannot be guaranteed). Parked vehicles must leave the parking lot by 11:00, parking is not available after check-out time. Please note that the photos are only examples of a specific room type. Please note that Livingdowntown has no reception. There is a check-in machine at which guests need to register and pay and then they will receive the room key. The office is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Guests will be provided with an emergency number, should they require assistance outside of these hours. Please note that basic cleaning is offered once a week.
