The Kalkbreite Tram and Bus Stop is 250 metres away. From there you can reach the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, the Main Train Station and Lake Zurich in 15 minutes. A multi-storey car park is reachable within a 5-minute walk.

Please inform the property if you arrive by car (parking spaces cannot be guaranteed). Parked vehicles must leave the parking lot by 11:00, parking is not available after check-out time.

Please note that Livingdowntown has no reception. There is a check-in machine at which guests need to register and pay and then they will receive the room key.

The office is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Guests will be provided with an emergency number, should they require assistance outside of these hours.

Please note that basic cleaning is offered once a week. If you would like to arrange for additional cleaning services, please contact the property.

Please note that cash payment is only possible upon prior arrangement and for arrivals between 09:00 and 18:00.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
