Santa Justa train station is around 3. 5 km away and Seville Airport is about 13 km away.

The air-conditioned apartment hotel was built in 2011 and has 5 one and two-bedroom apartments located in a spectacular building. Amenities include lift access to the upper floors, wireless Internet access, as well as laundry/dry cleaning services and luggage storage. In the complex guests can also rent cars and bicycles.

All rooms are en suite and feature a shower and hairdryer, as well as a satellite/cable TV and Internet access. Additional amenities include a kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as an ironing set, air conditioning, central heating and a balcony or terrace.

A damage deposit of 150€ is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
