The newly refurbished Es Daus apartments are elegantly decorated and typically island.They are spacious and very bright and are perfectly equipped with a furnished terrace or balcony, spacious and bright living room with sofa, television and central table, 2 bedrooms with two single beds, air conditioning, fully renovated and modern kitchen and bathroom with shower.License number: VTV-0004-EIF. *Key are collected at the Formentera Break office (Paseo de la Marina, nº 6, in the Port of La Savina, 07871 Formentera). Hours of operation: 10am - 8:30pm *Check-in: between 1:30 - 8:30pm. Guests arriving outside office hours (until 12:15am) will need to make an appointment, which incurs an additional charge of €40 *Check-out: before 11am, after which a €20 penalty fee will apply. *Upon arrival, a €200 deposit will be requested (by card or cash) and returned at check-out if no damages have been reported, following an inspection of the property. *A tourist tax of €2.20 per person (over 16) and night is to be paid in cash at check-in. *Required documentation: IDs or passports of all guests of legal age. *Parties inside the accommodation are strictly prohibited, and guests are required to observe the designated hours of silence between 10pm and 10am. Any disorderly behaviour in public or improper conduct will result in the cancellation of the booking and the loss of the deposit. *The accommodation is equipped with a complete set of sheets and towels, according to the number of guests.
