Guests arriving outside office hours (until 12:15am) will need to make an appointment, which incurs an additional charge of €40 *Check-out: before 11am, after which a €20 penalty fee will apply. *Upon arrival, a €200 deposit will be requested (by card or cash) and returned at check-out if no damages have been reported, following an inspection of the property. *A tourist tax of €2.20 per person (over 16) and night is to be paid in cash at check-in. *Required documentation: IDs or passports of all guests of legal age. *Parties inside the accommodation are strictly prohibited, and guests are required to observe the designated hours of silence between 10pm and 10am.
