Travel via the Channel Tunnel with Eurostar
Further to the incident in the Channel Tunnel on Thursday 11 September, Eurostar have announced that there will be further improvements to their operations this week.
As of Wednesday 1 October, Eurostar will have another section of the Northbound tunnel handed back from Eurotunnel, allowing the number of services operating to increase to:
Eurostar are now able to run 93% of their regular schedule, however journey times remain longer.
Due to the fact that travellers will have bookings on trains that do not relate to this transitional timetable, Eurostar will continue to operate a manual check-in process until Tuesday 4 November. Eurostar strongly recommend that all travellers continue to turn up in good time for the train, as stated on their tickets, so they can be accommodated on the next available service.

Where and what is Ebbsfleet?
