1. THE PROMOTER
1.1 The Promotion is operated by Bravonext SA t/a lastminute.com (“Promoter”) at vicolo de’ Calvi 2 - 6830 Chiasso (Switzerland).
2. THE PROMOTION
2.1 The entrant fulfilling the requirements in section 5.1 will be the winner to the Promotion (“Promotion”).
3. THE PRIZE
3.1 The prize consists: n.15 voucher codes of 2000£ (the “Prize”). A simulaiton of the prize, that showcase how many travels it is possible to do in one year, is available here.

3.2 The Prize is intended as having a value sufficient to travel for one year using lastminute.com flash sales available https://www.lastminute.com/promos/flash-sale.html.
3.3 The Prize will be won by one single winner regardless if he/she/they participate via INSTAGRAM channel or TIKTOK channel.
3.4 The Prize excludes all additional costs not explicitly included in the Prize description.
3.5 The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
3.6 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice.
4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
4.1 The Promotion on INSTAGRAM runs between 10:00 am (GMT) on November 13th 2023 to 10:00 am (GMT) on December 13th 2023 inclusive (the “INSTAGRAM Promotion Period”).
4.2 The Promotion on TIK TOK runs between 00:01 am (GMT) on November 13th 2023 to 00:01 am (GMT) on November 24th 2023 inclusive (the “TIKTOK Promotion Period”).
4.3 INSTAGRAM Promotion Period and TIKTOK Promotion Period are together “Promotion Period”.
4.4 No entries received before or after these times will be accepted.
4.5 To enter the Promotion, Entrants can choose the two following channels and in particular, he/she/they must :

4.6.1 log onto his/her/their account and upload a video he/she/they have taken that shows a travel oriented content
4.6.2 Share his/her/their best holiday memories with lastminute_com through the Branded Effect page or the Branded Mission page of the ‘’1 Year of Travel’’ challenge.
4.6.3 Use the filter and show his/her/their face
4.6.4 Upload a video of his/her/their travel memories
4.6.5 Follow lastminute_com
4.7 INSTAGRAM
4.7.1 log onto his/her/their account and upload a video he/she/they have taken that shows a travel oriented content
4.7.2 Share his/her/their favourite holiday memories on his/her/their stories tagging @lastminute_com.
4.7.3 Follow the @lastminute_com account.
4.7.4 By entering the Promotion, Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the related Privacy Policy.
5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
5.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over.
5.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is not open to
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
5.3 Entry to the Promotion is limited to one entry per person.
5.4 It is allowed to participate in the Promotion in both INSTAGRAM and TIKTOK. However, just one Prize can be won per person.
5.5 Entry to the Promotion is limited to only an open profile on social media. Private accounts will be excluded.
5.6 Winner must be eligible to claim the Prize that he/she/they may win.
5.7 The Promoter may require the Entrants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Promotion.
5.8 The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible or incomplete.
5.9 The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries, and entrants who’s usernames or social media handles, profile photos, posts or other public facing material which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
(a) contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive/inappropriate by the Promoter or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
(b) infringes, defames, misrepresents, or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);
(c) promotes any political agenda;
(d) does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5.10 Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5.11 The Entrants shall indemnify the Promoter and keep the Promoter fully and effectively indemnified against all actions, costs, demands, losses, claims and expenses of whatsoever kind or nature arising from any actual or threatened breach or non-performance of any of the warranties, representations, undertakings or obligations on the Entrants’ part contained in these terms and conditions.
5.12 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify the entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion, or the winner fails to prove his/her/their eligibility, or disqualify ineligible entries, and to award the Prize to another winner should a winning winner be found to be ineligible.
6. AWARDING AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE
6.1 The selection of a winning entry is subject to subjective interpretation through the independent judge (rule 8.26 CAP Code) PromoVeritas Ltd Monument House, 215 Marsh Road, London HA5 5NE UK Registered in England at the above address No. 04437132.
6.2 The winner will be selected for his/her/their video content (entries to the contest) over subjective criterias (criteria listed on section 6.3 of these Terms and Conditions) by a third party independent agency, Promoveritas, and will be notified by email or private message on INSTAGRAM or TIKTOK by January 20th 2024. Pictures or static images in videos are not accepted.
6.3 All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be judged to select the 15 entries as winners by PromoVeritas, within 20 working days of the end of the Promotion Period and in accordance with the following non exhaustive criteria:
6.3.1 Unique/Original - Does the entry stand out from other entries?
6.3.2 Impressive/Innovative - Is the entry impressive and/or does it showcase innovation to the reader?
6.3.3 Have a social historical, non isolated presence across any of TikTok, Instagram
6.3.4 Can demonstrate on-screen experience i.e often feature on social video content
6.3.5 Have a) over 10k following on a Instagram and/or Tik Tok and/or b) developed, created and published at least two videos that have reached over 150k views
6.3.6 Made a positive creative or innovative impact across social platforms
6.3.7 Produce a travel oriented content
6.3.8 Have a funny and/or unique style and tone of voice
6.4 All entries must be made from a profile set to ‘public’.
6.5 The Entrants must keep his/her/their profile on a public setting for 4 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period in order to be contacted if he/she/they are selected as a winner.
6.6 In the event that the winner fails to claim the Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another winner selected by the independent judges upon the same criteria.
6.7 Instructions on how to redeem the Prize will be provided to the winner via email or private message.
6.8 By entering the Promotion, the Entrants give their permission for their entries to be used by the Promoter without further compensation, over and above the award of the Prize, for up to one year for promotion purposes from the date of entry.
6.9 Copyright will remain with the Entrant.
6.10 However, by entering this Promotion, the Entrant agrees to the Promoter publishing these entries on their website and possible further use on their website, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok or other social media platforms.
6.11 The Entrants also agree to other possible promotional use in media of the Promoter’s choosing without any further payment, over and above the award of the prize, for up to one year from the date of entry but with appropriate credit given to the original Entrant.
6.12 By entering the Promotion, the winner agrees to the Promoter publishing name and email address, and to participate in any reasonable publicity that the Promoter may require in connection with the Prize Draw, including on www.lastminute.com and on social media channels.
6.13 The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer made by the Promoter.
6.14 The winners may be offered to sign an agreement to collaborate with lastminute.com.
6.15 The full name and county/country of the winner, and their entry will be available by sending an email to oneyeartravel@lastminute.com, with “WINNERS LIST” in the subject line, 20 working days after the Promotion Period for 2 months.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for any incomplete or illegible entries or any entries not received or corrupted during transmission, for whatever reason.
7.2 Promoter shall have no liability for system failures on any third party websites.
7.3 Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained, whether arising from any winner’s negligence, in connection with the Promotion and/or Prize.
7.4 If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical delivery or other reason.
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1 All the applicable data protection information is available here.
9. FINAL PROVISION
9.1 The Promotion is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
9.2 The promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.3 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value without notice.
