Terms & Conditions: One Year of Travel with lastminute.com

The Programme ‘One year of Travel’ is promoted by BRAVONEXT, S.A. t/a lastminute.com (“lastminute.com” or “the Company”), with legal address at Vicolo de’ Calvi 2 - 6830 Chiasso (Switzerland), under the following conditions:

Conditions to apply

To participate in the selection process, content creators have to follow @lastminute_com on Instagram and or TikTok, and post a video to their feed (reels or tiktok videos) that responds to the question “What makes you lastminute.com?”. The publication shall have a minimum duration of 10 seconds, be representative of our brand (lastminute.com), tag @lastminute_com ‘s profile and include the caption #oneyearoftravel.

Selected content creators will be offered travel vouchers in exchange for the publication of content pieces on their social media profiles. Content creators will be selected based on the strong quality of their content and their storytelling capacities. Their content shall match the values of lastminute.com. Participation in the Programme is open only to content creators residing in the United Kingdom, Germany or France aged 18 years and over.  

To qualify as Content creators, participants should have a public profile on Instagram and/or Tiktok. Applications shall be submitted from the 20th October 2025 until the 20th November 2025 (the application period). The application period could be extended at Lastminute.com’s sole discretion. Selected Content creators will be notified from the 1st December 2025.

Conditions of the Programme publications

The Programme will run from the 1st January 2026 until the 31st December 2026 (the Programme term). Content creators will be asked to sign a Content Creators Service Agreement to participate in the Programme. During the Programme Term, Content creators must publish at least 1 content piece per month on their Instagram or Tiktok profiles, following a content brief from the Social Media Team. @lastminute_com shall be tagged in all posts and added as a Collaborator. 

Content creators are encouraged to create personal content that shows enthusiasm, individuality and alignment with lastminute.com values. For editorial reasons, all content shall be approved and moderated by lastminute.com before being published. If the content provided is considered insulting, obscene, defamatory or inappropriate in any way, lastminute.com reserves the right to terminate the participation of the content creator in the Programme with immediate effect. 

All content created for this Programme must be clearly marked and identified as “#advertising” using a hashtag at the beginning of all posts. The Content creator shall work exclusively for lastminute.com and not provide similar services to any competitor without the prior written consent of the Company.

Conditions of the vouchers

Content creators residing in the UK will receive 4 quarterly lastminute.com travel vouchers per year with a value between £750 and £1,500  each for a total yearly value between £3000  and £6000. Bonuses could be provided based on the number of interactions. Vouchers shall be redeemed by the content creator to book dynamic packages on lastminute.com’s website or app. The voucher will have a validity of 12 months.

The voucher code will be sent via email to the content creators every 3 months. The voucher can be redeemed only on our website (lastminute.com) or on our app. During the booking process, on the payment page there is the option “Gift card or voucher code”, “Enter it below”. After pasting the code number, select apply. If your booking is eligible, the applicable discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation. 

The voucher code cannot be used for any booking previously made on lastminute.com. It will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. The voucher code has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered in exchange. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the voucher code discount. The voucher code may not be re-used, even in case of change or cancellation of the booking. The voucher code may be used or combined with other vouchers, promotions or special offers.

Conditions of the bookings

The vouchers can be used to book dynamic package holidays during the Programme term. Content creators are encouraged to book dynamic packages to the recommended destinations. Content creators can bring an unlimited number of travel companions but must be part of the booking. The bookings shall have a minimum duration of one night and an unlimited maximum duration. All bookings are subject to availability. 

The General Contract Conditions for the Sale of Package Holidays and our Privacy Policy apply to all bookings made by the content creators. Lastminute.com reserves the right to change or cancel any bookings if the voucher was improperly obtained or used to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation.
