Russ and Daughters has been serving smoked fish, homemade bread and bagels, and dried fruits for over 100 years. In 1935, Russ promoted his three hardworking daughters to be full partners, much to the scandal of the town. You'll find Russ and Daughters at 179 E. Houston St., where it's been ever since 1920.
