There is no lift in the building. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the premises. Any guests smoking will incur GBP 250 fine. The reception is 100 metres from the property, at 195 Sussex Gardens. Please note that children over the age of 2 count towards the maximum occupancy and must have their own bed. At check in, a damage deposit of £50 is required on Visa/Mastercard for all rooms, apart from the Family Studio room, which requires a £100 deposit.
