Dating back to the 1600s, The Three Tuns is set overlooking Chepstow Castle. Retaining its charming original features, the inn offers traditional accommodation, live music on weekends, homemade food and a pretty beer garden.
Rooms feature antique furniture, exposed wooden beams and floorboards and original fireplaces. Each includes a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi.
A full English or continental breakfast is served daily at The Three Tuns. The inn uses local ingredients, offering a relaxed bar menu and roast dinners on Sundays. Guests enjoy views of the castle from the beer garden and live music on Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
You can reach Chepstow Racecourse by car in 5 minutes from the inn, while Chepstow Train Station is less than 10 minutes’ walk away.
Ancient Chepstow is set at the foot of the Lower Wye Valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With free private parking, The Three Tuns is only 17 miles from Bristol and 35 minutes’ drive from Cardiff.
There is live music until late every Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.
