Description

Playa Blanca Beach Mate are individual fully equipped villas in Playa Blanca. All of them have a garden and a private heated swimming pool with a 2-metre-high wall for privacy. On the ground floor, all of them have an independent kitchen, complete bathroom with shower tray, living room, double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, single bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a storage space under the stairs. On the top floor, there is a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, access to a private terrace and a restroom which leads to a bathroom with a bathtub. All villas pool are heated all year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September. Please note that for stays longer than week cleaning service only includes bathrooms and kitchen, we replace the bath towels, pool towels and bedding, without making the beds. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The beach is just a 16-minute walk away and the town of Puerto del Carmen is only 14 kilometres away from the location of villas. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
