The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This property offers self-check-in only. If keys are lost or left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of these hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.
