The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In the event of lost keys or keys left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of £150 will be applied for waste management.
