The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, guests must not leave any garbage in the property.
