Please note that there is an extra charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 as follows: -From 20:00 to 21:00 EUR 20. -From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30. -From 00:00 to 2 am EUR 40.

Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy.

For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest.

IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement.

The cost is 10€/towel. -It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors. -It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building. -Please, always carry your keys with you.

The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9pm will cost 25 euros.
