It is within walking distance of bars and restaurants and is less than 1 km from Ibiza Town’s downtown. Each simply decorated, air-conditioned apartment has a seating area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, oven and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is also available; there is also a safe deposit box. After check-out, guests can make use of a courtesy room for a quick shower. Fully renovated building, there's access to all the floors, including the attic by elevator. Shops can be found in the streets surrounding the apartments.
