A deposit must be left with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) only. A pre-authorization will be made for an amount between €150 and €250. The amount will be released no later than one week after check-out, provided the accommodation is left in the same condition it was received, all keys and TV accessories (if any) have been returned, and the rules of good behavior have been followed.

CASH DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If the deposit cannot be made by card, the guest will not be allowed to access the apartment, and the full reservation cost will be charged (100%).
