The apartment complex consists of two 24-storey buildings with large common areas, 3 lifts per building, a garden, free indoor parking, 24-hour security and a concierge service. There are 240 apartments in total. The apartments enjoy an excellent location at the heart of the Levante Beach area, just 450 metres from the beach and within 5 minutes of the nightclub area. There are supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping centre next to the building. Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are both around 10 minutes away by car, and it is a 10-minute walk to the centre of Benidorm. MasterCard and VISA are accepted as methods of payment. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room, a kitchen with ceramic hobs, fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and an ironing board with iron, and an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
