Products crafted in contemporary ways with touches inspired by Asia and French Nouvelle Cuisine. The Xerta Tapas Bar is a quick version of Xerta Restaurant. Signature tapas and a brief yet carefully culled wine list. Under the supervision of the Michelin-starred chef Fran López, it is served the buffet breakfast: a complete buffet with local products, and carefully chosen fruit, in addition to a menu with all kinds of eggs (poached, scrambled, omelettes, fried, etc.), as well as some Asian recipes.
