There is a refundable damage deposit of EUR 300 per apartment, which will be charged to your credit card and refunded at the end of the stay if the apartments are not damaged. Please note that if the deposit is made in cash instead of by credit card, the amount of the deposit will be EUR 500. This will be refunded by bank transfer within 30 days and a EUR 50 fee will be applied.

Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in after 20:00 as follows:

From 20:00 to 22:00 - EUR 20

From 22:00 to 00:00 - EUR 30

From 00:00 and later - EUR 50 - Only upon prior confirmation and for an extra charge

Late check-out after 11:00 is possible upon request, subject to availability and for an extra supplement.

Early check-in before 15:00 is available on request, subject to availability and for an extra supplement.
