Dear Guest, You are about to read some very important information, please pay attention: It is not a hotel, it is a private flat legally registered in the Canary Islands, and we are an agency that manages flats in the south of the island of Tenerife and for years we have been helping thousands of people to make their holidays as pleasant as possible. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 and for them we charge check in and check out (standard rate 40€), as we do not have a 24 hour reception as in a Hotel. Please note The swimming pool of the complex is paying (minimum 2.50€ per deckchair, per person / parasol in supplement 1.50€) OTHER INFORMATION - In case the guest stays until the end of the stay, it is not possible to request a refund from the host. - The agency does not issue any kind of invoice to the guests. If proof of stay is required, we can only provide receipts. We clarify that the use of air conditioning in the property has an extra cost.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
