Since 2006, Chef Jang Myoung Sik has welcomed diners with his consistently warm and comforting French cuisine. At this new location, Jang continues to serve up his passion for French cooking on a plate. Signature dishes include steamed Wando abalone served with abalone intestine espuma, fragrant garlic purée and pickled celery as well as crispy saffron arancini.

The vegetable broth here is made by simmering vegetables, mushrooms and a zanthoxylum powder in a large pot. The dishes differ by the season because the restaurant uses seasonal ingredients.

Beef restaurants are ubiquitous all over Korea, but this relatively new spot which opened in October 2015 offers something prized and uncommon. Choose from a wide range of cuts including sirloin, tenderloin, outside skirt steak, brisket and two types of raw beef dishes. The prime meat is flown directly from the family operated farm. Private rooms are available on the second floor.

Aujung serves the greatest grade of Korean beef and Korean dishes with fresh food materials.
