Water is heated by solar collectors, which significantly affects the building's energy balance and protects the environment. The facility partially obtains energy from photovoltaic foci. In the parking area, plants have been planted that are adapted to exist in completely shaded areas. The property consists of three buildings that offer 31 rooms, some of the rooms have Jacuzzis. The property offers the restaurant, which accommodates between 200 and 400 people.
