Refurbishment works are expected to complete by 31st October 2024. During this period, certain areas of the lobby (reception, gym and spa included) will be closed. However, measures have been taken to ensure that the inconvenience is minimal and certain services have been relocated: Main reception: relocated to the Creperie area. Guests Services will be handled at the Chief Concierge office. There is a waiting area behind Gelato. The representative office, Discova, Photoshop and Car Rental are located in the office next to the Concierge. Hospitality Desk for TA Representatives: available at the Midway Bar. Gym: equipment will be moved to the Fun Bar, which overlooks the western side of the property. Spa: due to possible noise, the spa will be temporarily relocated to the 8th floor, where guests can enjoy the spectacular sunset views.
