Located directly in the center of the famous tourist resort of San Teodoro, known for its wonderful beaches, among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, such as Cinta beach, Cala Brandinchi, Porto Coda Cavallo or Lu Impostu, but also for the numerous artistic-cultural initiatives, its markets, its festivals, its craftsmanship, and its intense nightlife. The evening nightlife of the town, whose center remains closed to traffic for the entire summer, is known for transforming itself into a showcase of Sardinian craftsmanship, and a salon of extravagance and entertainment. White sand beach equipped with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds until exhaustion at the Cinta di S. Teodoro, 1.5 km away and reachable by shuttle (approximate times for outward journeys: morning from 8.30 to 11.00 - afternoon from 2.45 to 4.30 pm and return:
morning from 12.00 to 13.30 - afternoon from 18.00 to 19.30). For a fee: umbrella in the front row always subject to availability to be paid on site: June and September €50 per week per room, July €65 per week per room, August €80 per week per room. Supply of beach/pool towels on deposit (€10 per person) with the possibility of changing them for a fee (€2.5). The structure is located in the center of San Teodoro, has 110 recently renovated rooms immersed in a splendid garden. There are different types available to guests: double, triple, quadruple rooms with bunk beds and quadruple rooms in mezzanine rooms with low beds. They are located in a 3-storey building with lift and balcony with different views depending on the position, or in delightful 1 or 2-storey bungalows with patio/balcony. All rooms have bathrooms with shower, air conditioning, minibar (supply on request for a fee), TV, safe, telephone and hairdryer. Cot on request (max 15 per week) €8 per day with linen change midweek. Rooms equipped for disabled guests are available.
