The apartments at Residenze Gallura enjoy a dream location at the heart of San Teodoro in one of the most idyllic parts of Sardinia’s northeast coast, nestled between beautiful beaches, archaeological sites and nature trails. Guests can enjoy minimalist furnishings with a kitchenette equipped with an oven and a microwave. The air-conditioned apartments also feature a TV, a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. All apartments benefit from a private garden or veranda.The white sands of La Cinta are a few minutes away by car, while Olbia’s port and airport are about 30 kilometres away. ***Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +393337237316). Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20.00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of €50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival): UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. FINAL CLEANING: T4 € 80.00; T5 € 90; T6 € 90.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00. DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
