The flats are located in a newly built residential complex in the picturesque and touristic village of Orosei (about 80 kms from the port and airport of Olbia), with its medieval historic centre dominated by the ruins of the ancient Judicial castle. The Marina di Orosei, a long sandy beach that stretches for 5 kms, features several beaches such as Su Barone, Osala and Su Petrosu, and it's only 3 kms away from the residence. The apartments have air conditioning and they are decorated in typical Sardinian style. The apartments are set in a two-storey building (ground and first floor), all with separate entrance and a furnished balcony. ***Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 h in advance to the property (+39078498657). Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied.COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival) UTILITY FEE: from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult and from 3 years old; € 5 for the other periods, per person from 3 years old; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free.
