The apartments are located within a newly built residential complex in the town of Orosei which retains a medieval historic center dominated by ruins of the ancient Giudicati castle. The Marina di Orosei, a long beach of about 5 km, is home to numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osala and Su Petrosu, and is located just 3 km from the residence. All apartments are air-conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style. The apartments are on two floors (ground and first floor) and have an independent entrance withcovered and equipped balcony or patio. ***Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance (at least 48 hours before) to the structure by telephone: +39078498657. For arrivals after 8.00 pm a supplement of € 50.00 is applied. COMPULSORY EXPENSES (to be paid on site) FORFAIT: From 13.06 to 11.09: € 10.00 per person, from 3 years old, per day; in the remaining periods: € 5.00 per person, from 3 years of age, per day. Free for infants 0/2.99 years. Prices include: energy consumption (electricity, water and gas), first supply of bed linen and towels (change of linen every 7 nights, only for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning. Kitchenette and rubbish by the customer or supplement of € 60.00.
