Things to do in Borehamwood
The main attraction in the area is Elstree Studios. There are several studios around, with Millennium Studios one of the most recent. Films and TV shows have been produced here since the 1920s – and the latest ones are shown at the Reel Cinema.
Classics such as the Indiana Jones and Star Wars movies, and more recent shows including Big Brother and Pointless, were made using these studios. At one time, Borehamwood was known as the ‘British Hollywood'.
