The Mountain Romance Family Complex is located in Bansko, 8 minute walk from the Gondola Lift station and a 10 minute walk from the city center and old town. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the Gondola station for a fee. A variety of accommodations are available, including studios and one and two bedrooms apartments, all with free internet access. Each apartment features a small kitchenette, living area, one or two bedrooms and private bathroom with shower cabin or bath tub. Some apartments have balcony with magnificent mountain view. Guests can enjoy access to the wellness center at additional cost , which includes a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, massages and relaxation therapies. The hotel's tavern offers a taste of Bansko's culinary traditions with dishes prepared by Chef Stancho. The breakfast is served at buffet or a la cart menu. Airport transfers and ski passes/equipment rentals can also be arranged.
