Description

Hostel Uppelink offers accommodation in Ghent right next to the Saint Michael's Bridge. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and free Wi-Fi at the property. Complimentary walking tours are also offered. Please note that we are renovating the roof slates until july 4th. We have made clear arrangements with the contractor to keep any inconvenience for our guests to a minimum. Guests can enjoy a buffet style breakfast every morning. All rooms are equipped with a shared bathroom. There is a shared kitchen at the property which offers a beautiful view on the city. Board games are available at the hostel and guests can enjoy kayak rental. A selection of activities are offered in the area, such as cycling and kayaking. While Graslei and Korenlei Ghent is 100 metres away. The nearest airport is Antwerp International Airport, 53 km from Hostel Uppelink. Guests can ask for a complimentary city map. Free walking tours are also proposed.

Please note that arrivals after 22:00 can be charged extra and may be refused. Please contact the property directly to inform them about your expected arrival time. Breakfast is served between 8:00-10:00. The bar is open until 23:00. At least two free walking tours start on a daily basis. The tours are in English, French and Spanish. Minors need to be accompanied by an adult. Parking is available at parking garage, P+R The Loop/Expo. Guests can then take tram 1 to the city center. We are in a low-emission zone + pedestrian zone. Parking is available just outside this pedestrian zone on 100 meters from the hostel. We are renovating the roof slates untill july 4th. The works will take place on weekdays from 8:30 to 17:00, and occasionally on Saturdays from 9:30 to 15:00. Work is only being done on the exterior of the building. We have made clear arrangements with the contractor to keep any inconvenience for our guests to a minimum.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
