Palau Green Village is nestled in the idyllic natural surroundings of a thick pine forest on Sardinia’s northeast coast.The comfortable air-conditioned apartments feature a furnished garden or veranda, a kitchenette, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a microwave, an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. The resort’s facilities include a solarium, a swimming pool (opened just for the season), a relaxation area, a bar, a playground, parking and a communal barbecue. Bikes are available for a €50 deposit. The beach is 150 metres away. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival): UTILITY FEE: from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed linens, the change is every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights, and bath towels for guests. FINAL CLEANING: mono € 70.00; bilo € 80.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
