Featuring a relatively low population density for a nation of its size, Botswana has endless miles of game reserves, and is still the world's largest producer of diamonds. The Chobe National Park

The National Museum
In the vibrant capital city of Gaborone, the National Museum and Art Gallery tells the story of the nation and its influential artists, and was founded in 1967. The Okavango Delta
Also known as the Okavango Grassland, this enormous UNESCO World Heritage Site delta of the Okavango River is considered one of Africa's great natural wonders. This captivating wilderness has dozens of fish species, buffalo, elephants, crocoiles, hyenas, cheetahs, and many other African species, and fills with billions of litres of water each year during the wet season.

See the enchanting Tsodilo Hills, which consists of dramatic caves with thousands of rock paintings. The hills, which have been inhabited since the ancient era, were once inhabited by the Bantu tribes, and are now protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Another impressive natural attraction is the Mokolodi Nature Reserve, which is a very short journey from the capital and has various reptiles, game and bird species. You can also enjoy stupendous scenery at the Tswapong Hills, which is an important breeding site for the vulnerable cape vulture bird species.
