How do I access PRO benefits?
5% discount on Last Minute deals - Use the Last Minute deals filter on the Flight + Hotel results page to see applicable deals.
Up to 5% (or 10%) off selected accommodation - When searching for hotels, use the PRO filter on the Hotel results page to view applicable properties.
Free audio guides - You’ll receive an email with a link to the free audioguide (if available) before the departure.
Flight compensation assistance - If you book a Flight or a Flight + Hotel package, you’ll receive an email if the flight is eligible for compensation under EU Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004, which protects European passengers against lengthy delays and other travel disruptions.
Please note, Ryanair flights are excluded.
Discount on selected local experiences - After booking, you’ll receive a voucher with the discount code via email to be used on experiences, where you can book tickets for the world's best museums, excursions and activities with a discounted price!
No fees on booking changes - For booking changes or cancellations, you won’t be charged handling fees (up to £95 per person). This benefit is subject to availability and other fees outside of our control may apply (e.g. Ryanair change fees).
If you’re booking a Flight or a Flight + Hotel Package, you’ll see a product called ‘’Premium Service Package’’ in the checkout page automatically included in the booking for free.

Up to 5% off Flight + Hotel - This discount applies to the price of selected Flight + Hotel packages. Any additional services added later are not part of the discount.
Up to 10% off transfers and car rental - Your available discount will be shown on the checkout page when making a Flight + Hotel package booking. This discount is not available for standalone car or transfer bookings, even if it is for an already-booked package.
Lounge delay access - If you book a Flight or a Flight + Hotel package, you’ll receive a QR code via email for free access to lounges, in the event your flight is delayed by more than 120 minutes (selected airports only). If you do not use the QR Code during your trip, it will remain valid for up to four weeks.
The service is not provided in the event of flight cancellations or schedule changes.

PRO is our free loyalty programme that lets you earn benefits every time you complete trips with lastminute.com. The more trips you complete, the higher your level and the better your rewards.
Nothing, PRO is completely free.
Anyone with a lastminute.com account can join PRO. Sign in to your lastminute.com account and accept the T&Cs of the programm. It’s free and you get immediate rewards.
Simply sign in before booking a trip. Eligible discounts and benefits are applied automatically during checkout or shown in your account area.
PRO has three levels:
Level 1 – if you're a new joiner or you've completed 1 trip in the last 12 months
Level 2 – 2 completed trips in 12 months
Level 3 – 3 additional completed trips in 12 months (on top of the ones required to become Level 2)
Your PRO level depends on how many trips you've completed over the last 12 months. When you meet the next level’s criteria, your account is upgraded automatically.
Each level is valid for 12 months from the date you reach it.
Yes. As long as you’re signed in to your lastminute.com account, all applicable discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
No. PRO benefits are linked to your account only.
Eligible trips include any of the following services purchased on lastminute.com:
- Flight + Hotel packages
- Hotels
- Flights
Some third-party services may not qualify.
Cancelled trips won't count towards your progress. Modified trips are still eligible as long as they remain active.
You won't be able to access PRO benefits if you book as a guest. To earn rewards, make sure you’re signed in before booking.

A trip must be fully completed before it’s counted towards your progress. Your new level will appear after your return day, once your trip is complete and you’ve checked out of your stay.
