Built in a 'V' symbolising the reign of Queen Victoria, this seaside landmark was built in 1863 and stands proudly overlooking the picturesque South bay & Harbour. Beautifully designed, the hotel is rumoured to have a theme of time within the design of this stately building. It has 4 Towers for the Seasons, 12 Floors for the months of the year, 52 chimneys for the weeks and originally had 411 rooms for each day of the year.
Restaurant
The Harbour Lights restaurant, with spectacular views over the town offers a 3-course evening buffet between 17:00-19:30. Breakfast is served from 08:15-10:00.
Enjoy a light meal accompanied by a glass of wine in the Premier restaurant in a cosy atmosphere. Vegetarian menus are also available and all diets are catered for.
Enjoy your drink in the Cabaret Bar, a busy bar with a great party atmosphere.
There is the Cocktail Bar ideal for intimate social gatherings.
