The third phase of renovation, completed in 2025, will see the VOI Tanka Village present itself with a new look in many areas and services such as reception, restaurants and central square, in the rooms and services of the VOI Tanka Selected, in the Dimora Family Apartments and in the Domus rooms and services. VOI Tanka Village, overlooking the large and white beach of Simius, one of the most evocative of Sardinia, covers an area of 43 hectares, distributed in the plain of Tanka sloping towards the crystalline sea, surrounded and immersed in the thick Mediterranean brush where the 830 rooms and bungalows that characterize its large accommodation capacity are integrated. VOI Tanka Village is the ideal destination for a sea and nature holiday enriched with sport and high-quality services. Not far from Villasimius, it is also the ideal starting point for naturalistic and archaeological excursions, also by boat, to visit caves and evocative corners of the southern coast of Sardinia. The VOI Tanka Village is approx. 55 km from Cagliari Elmas airport and the port. The resort overlooks a wide beach of fine white sand, one of the most beautiful in Italy. Equipped with gazebo, sun umbrellas and sunbeds (on payment, subject to availability), it offers numerous sports, boating and excursions services. Beach towels available (10,00 € for deposit and 2,00 € each change), with distribution at fixed times. All beach services are subject to charges and can be booked in advance or on site. Disabled spaces are available. The 830 rooms of the resort, available in different typologies, are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, Frigo bar, safe; most of the rooms have a furnished patio or terrace. Many restaurants, bars, sport courses, a SPA, a Golf Centre, entertainment and activities for children from 3 to 17,99 years old.
