Baia degli Aranci, which takes its name from the beautiful park surrounding it and from the renowned citrus fruit raising tradition of Gargano, is on lungomare Europa, just outside the Vieste city centre, which is just 15 minutes' walk away. Here we are right in front of the beach of Vieste, which can be reached comfortably and safely through an underground passage with stairways and ramps, also ideal for the disabled. In Baia degli Aranci has all the ingredients for fun and relax.Once you have entered this village, you will have everything you need, from the well-stocked mini-market with fresh foods, newspapers and a tobacconist's to the children's games on the beach, as well as many sports and activities, delicious dishes at the restaurant/pizzeria/steak house, a semi-Olympic swimming pool with a children's area and a pool with massaging water jets. Nature and respect for the environment are certainly one of the main characteristics of our village and camping in Vieste, which has an ISO 14001 quality certification thanks to these ideals. We always try to take care of the environment by using photovoltaic energy systems and putting limitations on our energy consumption and waste.In return, Nature thanks us by offering unique views, especially in the early springtime sunshine when the firstspontaneous orchids of Gargano bloom in our huge garden. The entire headland is a marvellous explosion of flowers from early spring to May, with purple red orchids blooming on the rocks overlooking the sea and pink ones sprouting all over our park.
