The unique aspect of PG's Restaurant is that it reinvents itself every day, getting you involved in the transformation. While interacting with the guests our Chef Matteo, will personalize the dishes based on your individual taste and request. Each dish is prepared ad-hoc and the show-kitchen will allow our guests to enjoy the show – a true experience to live. PG's Restaurant is open for internal and external guests. Open from Monday to Sunday, 07.00 am to 12.00 pm.
